A: Airportsfirstcars Ltd is a company, which specialises in airport transfers, we as a company have over 15 years of experience in this nature of business, and we provide you with a professional driver to and from all major London airports, seaports, Universities and also cater for a day tours around London.

Q: What type of service do we provide?

A: We provide a meet and greet service for our customers; all our drivers are fully licensed by the public carriage office very knowledgeable will drive you to your desired destination in safety and comfort. We also provide an account facility for business, and group transfers.

Q: How easy is it to book a journey?

A: It is easy as counting up to 123 all you have to do is call and tell us the date, time, type of vehicle required and drop off destination, and First will do the rest.

In addition we cover seaports Southampton, Harwich and Dover Cruise ports, other journeys can also be arranged in advance within the UK.

Q: What type of vehicles do you have?

A: We have a range of vehicles on fleet from saloon, estate, mpv, mpv plus, 8 seaters

Q: How early do I need to book my car?

Q: How can I pay for this journey?

A: We accept all major credit cards or our staff can take your payment over the phone, finally if you wish you could make payment to the driver in cash on the day of your journey.

A: Yes you can please refer to our cancellation policy, to avoid incurring any charges.

Q: Is Airportsfirstcars licensed company?

Q: Will you meet us any time of the day?

A: Yes we will meet you any time; we operate 24 hours a day 365 days in year. We do not charge extra for unsociable hours. The only time we levy extra charge is on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

Q: What if my flight arrives early, or delayed will I be charged extra?

A: Aiprortsfirstcars constantly monitor your flight, and we do not charge our customers for any flight delays.

Q: Where do I meet my driver as I land at the airport?

A: Drivers normally enter the airport terminal 20 minutes after the flight has landed, they will hold an Aiprortsfirstcars greeting board with your name displayed, it will be located by airport information desk at whichever airport or terminal.

Q: What if I cannot make contact with my driver?

A: If you do not make contact with your driver than you must call our 24 hour support line on 0044 (0) 208 978 3727 quoting your booking reference number, our experienced staff will then assist you.
